We offer the ServSafe Manager course and exam, adhering to all of the requirements of the National Restaurant Association.
Jennifer has been a ServSafe Certified Instructor and Proctor since 1999. Since she had been a health inspector for 11 years, earned a BS in Food Service Management, and has served in numerous positions within the Food Service Industry for over 25 years, she applies her experience and knowledge to make this required course applicable and understandable.

Classes can be taught at your own facility as long as it meets National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation requirements.
